CNC Routing & Precision Machining
A 4’ X 8’ CNC router, along with computer-aided design abilities, allows me to offer my clients many diverse manufacturing services for any custom furniture or carpentry project. These services can harness the speed, accuracy, and replication advantages of router cutting, engraving, and inlays.
What is a CNC Router?
CNC (computer numerical controlled) machining is a well-established manufacturing process that has been in use for many several decades. It uses automated, high-speed cutting tools to make designs from a variety of materials. CNC machining uses a subtractive process which means material is machined to its final form by removing material from the original piece.

What Can We Do With Our CNC Machines?
CNC machining can be used with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, wood, foam, and other composite materials. A CNC router can accurately produce multiple parts quickly. In addition, nesting software insures the highest yield possible in parts from a single sheet of material.
A router can accurately cut, drill, engrave, and 3D-carve parts with sizes as large as 48” x 96” and up to 4” thick. I enjoy collaborating on creative projects and can help guide you from concept to completion. Whether you need a one-of-a-kind creation or thousands of parts, I would like to lend my expertise and equipment to your project.
